RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Right of withdrawal - if you change your mind
The right of withdrawal is applied according to the requirements stated in the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59).
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without declare any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after day 1, upon receipt of the goods.
For hygienic reasons, the item must be returned in unused condition.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should send a clear message about your decision to withdraw from the agreement via email to infowahines@gmail.com. To ensure that you have enough time to exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to send your message or the withdrawal form stating your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you regarding the returned goods. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed about your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise with us. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exchange
For an exchange, we can offer to exchange the item for another one. (For hygienic reasons, the item can only be exchanged if it is in unused condition.)
Complaints
With each shipment, we ensure that the item is intact before it is sent to you. If, despite this, an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon receipt, you are welcome to make a complaint. Please contact us at infowahines@gmail.com for any complaints.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The product will be send in a 100% climate-neutral FSC® paper bag, traceable with DHL, in the Nordics and the rest of Europe. Cost of shipping will be added in checkout.
Outside Europe the delivery will be with send with UPS.
Other cost, such as taxes will be paid by you, the customer.
